Seeing the inequity and empathizing with the plight of other has always compelled her to take concrete action. She has always paved the way to the Normative change – questioning and shifting fundamental philosophical process. She continues to question the engrained norm and has questioned the validity. Why is this the norm in the three major behaviors in medicine, education and law? Homage to those who came before her has philosophically influenced her thinking and has shed light on dark areas and compelled her to create core fundamental concrete models of success of ‘What could be’. The philosophy of ‘why not’. She envisions a new reality and the necessary steps to make that reality happen. Empathetic with plight of others to take concrete action. Equity as it relates to health care and enhancing quality of care for marginalized society.
